Andrew Wallace Managing Director
Andrew Wallace has been involved in Scottish freshwater fisheries management since the mid 1990's when he was recruited to set up the network of five West Coast Fisheries Trusts which subsequently formed the Association of West Coast Fisheries Trusts (AWCFT) and then Rivers and Fisheries Trusts of Scotland (RAFTS). In 1999 he took on the position of Director of the Association of Salmon Fishery Boards (ASFB) and in 2007 that of Managing Director of RAFTS and ASFB with executive responsibility for both organisations.

Callum Sinclair Director
Callum joined RAFTS as Director in November 2007. Before that he spent 7 years working with t he SEPA on a range of WFD implementation areas and specifically developing, setting up and managing the river basin planning system and its National and Area Advisory Groups and associated staff. Prior to joining SEPA Callum spent a total of 7 years working with and running Galloway Fisheries Trust where he was involved in, or managed, a wide range of fisheries management activities including catchment wide electrofishing surveys, radio tracking studies, education projects and habitat restoration schemes across Dumfries and Galloway and beyond. Before working for the Galloway Fisheries Trust Callum carried out electrofishing surveys on the River Deveron with the Fisheries Research Services and worked also with the Tweed Foundation.

Chris Horrill Biosecurity Planning Project Officer
Chris joined RAFTS in September 2008. He has over 19 years experience in developing and implementing river basin, fisheries, protected area and coastal management mainly in East Africa. He has managed projects for a number of governmental and non governmental agencies including the Danish International Development Agency, the World Bank, IUCN and WWF. Much of his work has involved the building of partnerships and facilitating agreement between diverse groups of stakeholders for the development and implementation of management plans and strategies, participatory rapid resource assessments, participatory monitoring and surveillance systems and mariculture.

Stephen Harris Office Manager
Stephen has recently taken up post with RAFTS as office administrator from a financial administration role with the National Galleries of Scotland. He is a keen sportsman enjoying swimming and tennis and also serves as a football referee around Edinburgh. Just the skills needed to keep the RAFTS office in order!
